I understand the purpose of the Committee is to establish a body whereby the Board can engage the service of Owners within the community to perform various projects, functions and activities for the betterment of the Community. The Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity only. The Committee shall be charged with advising the Board on projects, functions or tasks assigned to it by the Board that the Board deems beneficial or that will serve the best interest of the Association. The Committee shall act in an advisory capacity, and the Committee shall have no authority to make any binding decisions on behalf of the Board or Association or commit any Association funds, in any way, without approval of the Board.
