SUMMARY:Mindful Movement at Inspiration
DESCRIPTION:Annual Yoga in the Park is evolving into Mindful Movement at Inspiration! This weekly class will be held at the Inspiration Club Building on Saturdays at 9:00 AM from June 6 through August 29 (no class on July 25). \nThe series will begin with yoga classes from June 6 through July 18\, then transition to Tai Chi from August 1 through August 29. Each session is designed to support flexibility\, balance\, and overall well-being in a welcoming\, community-centered environment. \nAll levels are welcome – come move\, stretch\, and unwind with us!
