Class description: \n  \nHatha Yoga class focusing on deep breath work at the beginning\, warming up all the joints and the spine\, posture alignment\, balancing\, muscle lengthening\, and strengthening and stretching. Focusing breath awareness throughout. This class helps you to maintain strength and steadiness on your feet to live your life in full health and vitality. We end the class in a 5 minute Savasana. \n  \nThis class is good for all ages and all levels. \nBring a towel and yoga mat. You can also bring blocks or a strap (optional). \n  \nFree for Inspiration residents. No registration is required\, just show up at Pathfinder Park. Class will be canceled for inclement weather (rain).
