DESCRIPTION:Yoga with Roni \n\n\n\nInspiration Metropolitan District is pleased to bring you a series of 10 free yoga classes. \n\nYoga class focusing on deep breath work at the beginning\, warming up all the joints and the spine\, posture alignment\, balancing\, muscle lengthening and strengthening and stretching. Focusing breath awareness throughout. This class helps you to maintain strength and steadiness on your feet to live your life in full health and vitality. We end the class in a 5 minute Savasana.\nThis class is good for all ages and all levels.\nBring a towel and yoga mat. You can also bring blocks or a strap (optional).\nFree for Inspiration residents. No registration is required\, just show up at Inspiration Club\, on the lawn side of the pool.\nClass will be cancelled for inclement weather (rain). Check back here on the calendar to see if class has been cancelled. The instructor will add a make-up date to our yoga season if this occurs.\n\n\n \nInspiration Club location: 23392 E. Glidden Drive
