Focusing breath awareness throughout. This class helps you to maintain strength and steadiness on your feet to live your life in full health and vitality. We end the class in a 5 minute Savasana. \n  \nThis class is good for all ages and all levels. \nBring a towel and yoga mat. You can also bring blocks or a strap (optional). \n  \nFree for Inspiration residents. No registration is required\, just show up at Pathfinder Park. Class will be canceled for inclement weather (rain).
