Focusing breath awareness throughout. This class helps you to maintain strength and steadiness on your feet to live your life in full health and vitality. We end the class in a 5 minute Savasana.\nThis class is good for all ages and all levels.\nBring a towel and yoga mat. You can also bring blocks or a strap (optional).\nFree for Inspiration residents. No registration is required\, just show up at Inspiration Club\, on the lawn side of the pool.\nClass will be cancelled for inclement weather (rain).
