Please meet under the new pavilion. \nInspiration Metropolitan District is pleased to bring you a series of 10 free yoga classes. \n\n\n\n\nYoga for Stress Reduction\n\n\nExpress the art of yoga through body and mind\, while reducing everyday stress. Progressive movement to increase flexibility and strength over time is introduced throughout each session. Various types of yoga may be offered depending on participant fitness levels including Vinyasa\, Hatha\, Nidra and more.\n\nThis class is good for all ages and all levels.\nBring a towel and yoga mat. A water bottle is also recommended.\nFree for Inspiration residents. No registration is required\, just show up at Pathfinder Park pavilion (shade structure)\nClass will be cancelled for inclement weather (rain). Check back here on the calendar to see if class has been cancelled. The instructor will add a make-up date to our yoga season if this occurs.\n\n\n \nClass description: \n“Express the art of yoga through body and mind\, while reducing \neveryday stress. If we are able to reschedule the Field Day portion\, we will announce that soon. \nTRAILS AND FIELD DAY | Inspiration Club Event Lawn \nSaturday\, June 3 | 10:00 AM to Noon \nFriendly Competition | Popsicles | Refreshments \nCalling all teens\, tweens\, and kids! We have an event for you to get to know other neighborhood youth and get the summer off to a fun start! Any age can participate but Field Day games and socializing will be geared toward ages 10 and up. Get in teams for tug of war\, roll around in a giant bubble ball\, limbo as low as you can go\, and try your skill at an old-fashioned sack race! Friendly competition and a few participation prizes. **Parent volunteers are needed to help with the games** \nAdults – join us for a group bike ride with your bicycle or e-bike! Rea Heatherington will lead a trails ride lasting about 45 minutes\, back in time for hot dog grilling! \nHot dogs\, chips\, popsicles\, and sodas at the pool from 11am-Noon. \n \n  \n
