PUBLIC RECORDS NOTICE FOR HOMEOWNERS
As a quasi-governmental agency, Inspiration Metropolitan District is subject to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), which is meant to ensure public access to government documents. We hereby inform you that correspondence between you and District staff may be requested by a member of the public.
In the infrequent event that a public records request is submitted, we are required to produce these records in compliance with CORA within three business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact District management staff at (303) 627-2632.
