Use this form to reserve a pavilion (park shelter and seating) for your gathering.

Please enter a number from 4 to 25.
All pavilions are limited to 25 people, except Pathfinder Park Pavilion (to be built in 2021/2022) which will have a limit of 50 people.
Type of Rental*
Minimum 14 day advance notice. Reservations cannot be made more than one year in advance.
4 hour maximum. Include set up and clean up time.
Location*
Limitations - The Hangout Pavilion*
Use of the facility is not exclusive. Reservation includes use of the shelter, tables and chairs, and guarantees space for up to 25 guests. Other residents may still use the premises during the reserved time. Up to 11 vehicles may park near The Hangout, within the frontage of the park and on the same side of the street
Limitations - Watering Hole Pavilion*
Use of the facility is not exclusive. Reservation includes use of the shelter, tables and chairs, and guarantees space for up to 25 guests. Other residents may still use the premises during the reserved time. Use of the grill is allowed but is not exclusive to the guests of the reserving group. Up to 17 vehicles may park near The Watering Hole, within the frontage of the park and on the same side of the street.
Limitations - Picnic Park Pavilion*
Use of the facility is not exclusive. Reservation includes use of the shelter, tables and chairs, and guarantees space for up to 25 guests. Other residents may still use the premises during the reserved time. All vehicles must be parked within the frontage of the respective park and on the same side of the street or in designated parking areas.
Limitations - Inspiration Club Pavilion*
Inspiration Club Pavilion is not available between Friday night-Sunday night during pool season. You may reserve the Hops Garden Pavilion on weekends. Use of the facility is not exclusive. Reservation includes use of the shelter, tables and chairs, and guarantees space for up to 25 guests. Other residents may still use the premises during the reserved time. Use of the grill is allowed but is not exclusive to the guests of the reserving group. All non-District residents must complete a pool use liability waiver before being admitted to the pool.
Limitations - Pathfinder Park Pavilion*
Pathfinder Park Pavilion will allow up to 50 guests. It will be constructed in late 2021 or in 2022. There are currently no tables, chairs or shelter structure at Pathfinder Park. Reservations to use Pathfinder Park are not needed at this time, you may hold your gathering of up to 50 people on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Limitations - Hops Garden Pavilion*
Hops Garden Pavilion is only available between Friday night-Sunday night during pool season. You may reserve the Inspiraton Club Pavilion for all other times. Use of the facility is not exclusive. Reservation includes use of the shelter, tables and chairs, and guarantees space for up to 25 guests. Other residents may still use the premises during the reserved time. Use of the grill at the pool is allowed but is not exclusive to the guests of the reserving group. All non-District residents must complete a pool use liability waiver before being admitted to the pool.

How will alcohol be served?*

I have read and agree to the full list of rules contained in the District's Reservation policy. Among other restrictions, glass containers and amplified music are not allowed. A fee of $100 may be assessed for cleaning in the case that a rented area has not been left in the condition in which it was provided to the renting party. Trash must be packed up and removed to be disposed off-site by the renter.
Reservation is not complete until approved by District Management*
Reservation requests are prioritized based on the following hierarchy: 1) Any meeting of the District’s Board of Directors has priority over all other reservations and rentals. 2) Community-wide events, such as special events, classes and presentations scheduled by District Management. 3) Regularly scheduled meetings or activities of District-sanctioned clubs and committees.
Fee of $25 will be added to my District billing account, due at the first of the following quarter*
Residents: The reservation fee of $25 will be added to your District billing account.
Non-residents: Anyone renting the District Pavilions for a private event must be a member of the community or pay the outside user fee of $1,400 pursuant to the 2016 Resolution of the Board of Directors Concerning the Imposition of an Outside User Fee adopted July 26, 2016.
