Services Center Committee Charter

The primary purposes of the Committee are:
(1) To act as a liaison between the residents of the District
and the Board regarding the design of the community center;
(2) To provide recommendations to the Board regarding the selection
of contractor(s) for the building of the community center;
(3) To provide recommendations to the Board regarding the
design/layout of the community center; and
(4) To provide recommendations to the Board regarding the selection
of furnishings, paint and fixtures for the community center.

Pre-Application Meeting Narrative scope and basic details for City of Aurora, 03/14/22. There is not yet a current up-to-date rendering available while the architect works to incorporate community and committee feedback and scales down some of the requirements.

Meeting Information

The Services Center Committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month. Meetings are open to all Inspiration residents. View meeting information on the District Calendar. Agendas for upcoming meetings are posted below, and replaced with meeting minutes once they’ve been approved at the following meeting.
