Zoom Instructions

Please use your first and last name in your participant name so we know who is in attendance.

To rename yourself in Zoom:

Before a meeting:

• Profile > Edit > Enter your first and last name > Save.

During a meeting:

• Participants (bottom of screen) > hover over your name > More > Rename > Enter your first and last name > Change.
