 
An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until June 26, 2024
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. It means short hard bursts of work, followed by planned periods of recovery. You’ll usually be working at 80% or higher capacity for 1 to 5 minutes and then have a rest or lower intensity period of recovery.
This class will begin and end at the Pathfinder Park pavilion, with a segment along our trail system. An instructor from Mile High Fitness will lead the class. No registration, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

If the class has strong attendance, it will be extended past June.
