Inspiration residents can sponsor a bench through an Adopt-a-Bench agreement with the District. Restrictions and conditions apply. Please view the Bench Donation Agreement (form) that must be signed between District and resident.

Julia Beeman Memorial Bench – Event Lawn

Julia M. Beeman, age 68, passed away peacefully August 2020 after a decade long battle with Dementia / Primary Progressive Aphasia. Julie was fully devoted to her family, who still reside in Inspiration Metropolitan District, having retired from the U.S. Air Force / Civil Service after almost 35 years. She loved all, always had a kind word, was a great listener, willing to help, loved children, enjoyed all animals, laughed often, smiled always and could light up any setting with her presence. In loving memory, the Beeman family has sponsored a beautiful sitting bench overlooking a view from the event lawn at Inspiration Club. The  bench invites you to “Sit and Stay”.

 

The bench location is shown on the map below. Close to the dog walkers, the kids splashing at the pool and enjoying the playground, and positioned looking outward to the horizon for a peaceful rest.
