David has lived in The Vistas, within the all-ages area of the District, since 2016. He brings a strong background in finance, with a 35-year career at Lockheed Martin Aerospace. Over the course of his career, David held roles in budgeting, contract administration, estimating, accounting, compliance, and financial planning and analysis. He retired as Vice President and Controller of United Launch Alliance, a Lockheed Martin joint venture focused on space launch services.

David has been an active contributor to the District’s financial oversight and planning. He currently serves as chairman of the Finance Committee, a position he also held from 2019 through 2020. In this role, he has played a key part in developing the annual District budget, working closely with District accountants, legal counsel, and county officials on tax assessments and financial policy matters. He regularly presents financial updates at Board meetings and has participated in the District’s annual planning sessions for the past two years.

With deep experience in financial leadership and community involvement, David is committed to supporting the continued progress of the District. He looks forward to contributing his expertise as a Metro District Board member to help guide future planning and ensure responsible fiscal management.

In his free time, David enjoys being part of the Inspiration community and values the opportunity to support its growth and success.
