An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until August 29, 2026

Annual Yoga in the Park is evolving into Mindful Movement at Inspiration! This weekly class will be held at the Inspiration Club Building on Saturdays at 9:00 AM from June 6 through August 29 (no class on July 25).

The series will begin with yoga classes from June 6 through July 18, then transition to Tai Chi from August 1 through August 29. Each session is designed to support flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a welcoming, community-centered environment.

All levels are welcome – come move, stretch, and unwind with us! Please be sure to bring your own mat and water bottle.
