Annual Yoga in the Park is transforming into Mindful Movement at Inspiration! This multi-week wellness series begins with yoga sessions, followed by tai chi in the second half of the program (no class on July 25). Each class is designed to support flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a welcoming community setting. All levels are welcome – come move, stretch, and unwind with us!
