I will follow the full use policy and room usage checklist.

I understand setup/cleanup must occur within my reserved time.

I agree to complete the provided cleaning checklist at the end of my event and will promptly report any damage to District management

I understand that all decorations must be non-damaging and removed after the event

I understand and agree that all alcohol requires permits & insurance

I understand that smoking/vaping and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

I assume all responsibility for guest behavior and any damages
