Journaling for Transformation –
Leader: Rosa Kaufman-Talavera
Contact: [email protected]
Typical Meeting Time: Varies – please contact group leader
Description: A one-hour transformational journaling class where you won’t be “just writing in a notebook.” This is a guided experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and gently explore the beliefs, patterns, and identity shifts shaping your life.
No journaling experience is needed — just curiosity and an open mind. A list of optional supplies will be included with the invitation, but all you truly need is a notebook of your choice and your favorite pen.
Space may be limited. If you’d like to attend, please RSVP to me directly.
