Facility Access
Inspiration Metropolitan District has implemented a new access control system – Avigilon Alta Open. This is a smartphone-based access system for the all-ages outdoor pool and the Inspiration Club building.
This system provides convenient access, allowing residents to use their smartphones instead of key fobs. It also enhances security by integrating with the District’s security camera system to support safety for everyone.
How to Get Started
STEP 1: Sign the Facility Access Waiver
To use the District’s all-ages outdoor pool or access the Inspiration Club for events and activities, please complete the Facility Access Request Form and Waiver. This waiver covers Inspiration Club building (open for events and office hours only until late summer 2025), Outdoor Pool, Tot Lot Playground next to the pool and the amenities with punch lock code access: Dog Park, Vault Restrooms, and Tennis Courts.
- If you are a renter, you’ll be prompted to upload a lease, or you can put us in touch with your landlord.
- If you are not one of the homeowners but live there, you can select Authorized User and designate the owner’s name.
- If you do not have a smartphone or do not wish to use yours for access to the pool and building, a physical card can be issued. You’ll indicate this on the waiver (please allow additional time for processing so we can prepare a card for you to pick up).
STEP 2: Watch for Your Email Invitation
After completing the request, you won’t receive anything immediately. Once our team verifies your request, you’ll receive an email invitation from Avigilon Alta, typically within 2 business days. This allows time for your residency to be verified and for your contact record to be created in the system.
When you receive the invitation, open the email on your smartphone. This will prompt you to download the Avigilon Alta Open app and activate your mobile key. For more information on App Setup and Navigation, please view the video below.
If you’d like to use the Wave to Unlock feature, you can set the Location permission for the Open app to “Always”, this allows you to wave your hand in front of the card reader without opening the app (you can keep your phone in your bag or pocket).
