Finance Committee How Prop Taxes Work Aug 2022 FINAL

The annual process to develop the 2023 Budget is underway. The Finance Committee is working with the Common Area, Social, and Residential Improvement Committees as well as our management company Public Alliance to review and provide recommendations to the Board to adopt a budget for the coming year as stated in the Finance Committee Charter. The other primary purpose of the Finance Committee is to provide greater understanding of the District’s financials to Inspiration residents.
