New Residents

New Resident Checklist

Welcome to Inspiration! Let’s get you settled in with the necessities.

Mailbox Keys

Bring your photo identification and deed to pick up your mailbox key at the US Post Office, located at 18555 E Smoky Hill Rd, Centennial, CO 80015.

The District does not have possession of mailbox keys at any point in the home transfer process and cannot assist with issuing or replacing keys. Page Specialty is the independent vendor that installs the mailboxes for the developer and provides the keys to the post office, they can also be contacted to re-key a mailbox. Call 303-770-2842 or email them.

Getting Involved and Meeting People

We can’t wait for you to meet your neighbors at an upcoming social event. Board meetings and committee meetings are open to all residents. Committees are always happy to have new volunteers.
