The Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee was formed to support the District in developing a long-term strategic plan for the community. This committee will work closely with the Board, District staff, and residents to identify priorities, gather feedback, and provide recommendations that help shape a shared vision for Inspiration’s future. By engaging the community and evaluating opportunities, the committee’s purpose is to ensure the District’s strategic plan reflects the needs and aspirations of residents while guiding sustainable growth and development.
