I am 21+ and limited to 2 bookings/year

I understand that all onsite food prep, grilling, flames, confetti, glitter, or unapproved amplified sound are strictly prohibited

I will follow the full use policy and room usage checklist.

I understand setup/cleanup must occur within my reserved time.

I acknowledge that I will be charged an hourly fee for the chosen event space, agree to pay the amount in full.

I understand that my reservation is not confirmed until payment is made and I receive written approval

I have read the reservation agreement and agree to all terms and conditions.

I agree to complete the provided cleaning checklist at the end of my event and will promptly report any damage to District management.

I understand that all decorations must be non-damaging and removed after the event

I understand and agree that all alcohol requires permits & insurance

I understand that smoking/vaping and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

I assume all responsibility for guest behavior and any damages
