Reserve the Club Building

The Inspiration Club building is now available for limited reservations. This multi-purpose facility is owned and operated by the Inspiration Metropolitan District and serves as a hub for community gatherings, private events, and group activities.

Important Information Before You Reserve

  • Reservations are reviewed by committee representatives from both the Hilltop and All Ages neighborhoods to ensure equitable access. Not all time slots are available immediately, as scheduling is being phased in gradually.
  • Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email. After submitting your request, it will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive a confirmation with your assigned time slot. Payment is not due until your reservation is confirmed.
  • Please allow a minimum of three business days for review. If your request cannot be accommodated, staff will provide alternative options when possible. 
  • To avoid automatic denials, please review the District calendar before submitting your request to ensure your preferred reservation date does not conflict with any existing District events.

Types of Reservations

Resident-Only Group Reservations
These are reservations made by groups that consist entirely of Inspiration residents and are open to the broader resident community. Examples might include book clubs, workout groups, or hobby meetups. Group reservations are free of charge and intended to build community connection.

  • May include a non-resident speaker or facilitator for specific events.
  • Must be open to other residents (not private guest lists).
  • Requests are subject to approval by the Inspiration Club Committee and District Board.
  • Requests may be submitted up to four months in advance of the desired date.
Resident-Only Group Reservation Form

Private Events
These are personal events hosted by a resident for invited guests only (such as birthday parties, baby showers, or family gatherings). They are not open to the general community.

  • Available for a rental fee ($30/hour for the multi-purpose room, $20/hour for the meeting room).
  • Limited to two reservations per household per calendar year.
  • Maximum of 50 guests.
  • Requests may be submitted up to three months in advance of the desired date.

Prefer Immediate Confirmation? Reserve a NAC Instead

For residents looking for a simpler, self-serve option, the Neighborhood Activity Centers (NACs) can be reserved online with immediate confirmation (as available) and no committee review.

Access and Building Hours

  • Access will be granted via smart device or physical access card for the duration of your event.
  • Please note: The building is not staffed during private or group events.
  • The multi-purpose room and meeting room may be reserved for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5 hours, within the available rental window of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Rooms available:
    • Multi-purpose room (max. attendees: 50)
    • Meeting room (max. attendees: 16)

Rules and Use Policies

  • The building is a non-smoking, no-animal facility.
  • All users must abide by the Club Building Rules
  • Must include setup and cleanup within the scheduled time.
  • Decorations must be damage-free; no confetti, glitter, or adhesives.
  • Alcohol requires advance approval and security staffing.
  • Cleanup is required per the Cleaning Checklist.
  • Events must follow all guidelines outlined in the Club Use Policy.

Please read the Reservation Policy and the information below before making a reservation. You are responsible for knowing the rules and cleaning the area afterward. PACK OUT YOUR EVENT TRASH, NO GLASS CONTAINERS, EVENTS ARE NOT STAFFED.

Make a Park Shelter Reservation

Our reservation system requires you to create a login on Skedda.

The following facilities are available for reservation and rental from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM:

  • Inspiration Club Pool Pavilion
    • Except during pool season, when the pavilion is available only until 8:00 PM (to coincide with pool operating hours) and unavailable for reservation or rental after 4:00 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday.
  • Hops Garden Pavilion
    • Available only during pool season from 4:00 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday
  • The Hangout Pavilion
  • The Watering Hole Pavilion
  • Picnic Park Pavilion
  • Pathfinder Park Pavilion

The reservation includes seating, tables, and shelter only. Reservations are not necessary but they give your group priority to use seating, tables and shelter area up to the capacity indicated in the form below. Other groups may also use the park area, your use is non-exclusive and your reservation extends only to the amount of seating at the shelter.

All other District facilities and amenities are first-come, first-serve and are not available for reservation or rental, including, but not limited to:

  • Inspiration Club: Swimming Pool / Event Lawn / BBQ Grill
  • Pathfinder Park: Soccer Field / Playground / Sports Court
  • Happy Tails Bark Park
  • Mountain View NAC

The tennis courts can be reserved for an hour at a time using our online system. Use of the courts is first-come, first-serve whenever not already reserved. Tennis courts are for tennis use only. Pickleball is allowed but the courts are striped for tennis. Please be mindful of adjacent houses with any noise.

NOTE: The District Board of Directors and management have the right to reserve any District facility at any time.
