New Covenant Enforcement Policy

We’d like to inform you that the Board of Directors has adopted a new Covenant Enforcement Policy for 2025. This updated policy introduces several changes aimed at improving fairness, clarity, and efficiency in how community standards are enforced.

Below is a summary of the key differences between the previous policy and the new 2025 policy:

Initial Cure Period14 days for continuous violations72 hours for safety-related violations; 10–30 days for others
Fine ScheduleStarts at $25, increases to $100/dayStarts at $200 and goes up to $500 per violation; $50 every other day for safety violations
Repetitious ViolationsFines escalate with each repeatSimilar structure, but clarified timelines and hearing rights
Legal ActionPermitted after multiple noticesMay be initiated after two notices if violation remains uncured

What This Means for You

  • You’ll receive clearer notices and more time to correct most violations.
  • Health and safety violations will be addressed more urgently.
  • You have the right to request a hearing before fines are imposed.

We encourage all residents to review the full 2025 policy for complete details. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and beautiful community!
